Product Description
(1) Purpose and Characteristics
1. This machine can be used for mixing resin grinding wheel forming materials, and can also be used for mixing ceramic grinding wheel forming materials.
2. A single pot is used for ceramic materials, and a double pot is used for resin materials, ensuring uniform mixing with high efficiency.
3. The lid opening and the material pot flipping for discharge are all driven by hydraulic transmission.
4. A PLC can be configured according to requirements to implement program control for each step of the mixing process.
(2) Relevant Parameters
1. Maximum loading weight for a single pot is 120 kg.
2. Maximum flipping angle of the lid is 95 degrees.
3. Maximum flipping angle of the material pot is 105 degrees.
4. Total power: 15.5KW.
