Product Description
(1) Purpose and Characteristics
1. Used for processing high-precision grinding wheels with diameters of φ500—φ1100mm for flat surfaces, inner holes, and outer diameters.
2. A precision rolling tool holder is added to the machine tool's vertical slide, allowing for smooth and light operation.
3. One-time positioning for multiple processing, high processing accuracy, good coaxiality between holes and outer diameters, and good perpendicularity to the flat surface.
4. It can also process the flat surface first, followed by the inner holes and outer diameters of multiple grinding wheels.
5. Both vertical and horizontal tool holders can be operated manually or electrically, with the vertical tool holder also capable of automatic reciprocating motion and variable frequency speed adjustment.
6. The working turntable can also be steplessly speed-adjustable, suitable for processing grinding wheels of different specifications.
7. Both vertical and horizontal movements have digital displays showing processing dimensions.
