Product Description
(1) Purpose and Characteristics
1. This machine can be used for mixing resin grinding wheel forming materials, and can also be used for mixing ceramic grinding wheel forming materials.
2. A single pot is used for ceramic materials, and a double pot is used for resin materials, ensuring uniform mixing and high efficiency.
3. The pot lid opening and the pot flipping for discharging materials are all driven by hydraulic transmission.
4. A PLC can be configured according to requirements to implement program control for each step of the mixing process.
(2) Relevant Parameters
1. The maximum volume of a single pot is 408 liters, with a loading weight of 200 kilograms.
2. The maximum flipping angle of the pot lid is 95 degrees.
3. The maximum flipping angle of the material pot is 105 degrees.
